• OAuth tokens for Google Calendar and Google Sheets access
• Calendar IDs and Spreadsheet IDs you choose to connect
• Basic usage information for service improvement

• Provide calendar and spreadsheet integration features
• Maintain and improve our services
• Communicate with you about service updates

• All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2+
• Sensitive data stored in our databases is encrypted at rest using AES-256
• OAuth credentials are securely stored using Google Cloud Secret Manager with Google-managed encryption keys

• We implement role-based access control (RBAC) for all system administrators
• OAuth tokens are stored securely and never exposed in logs or error messages
• Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis
• All data access is monitored and logged

• User data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide our services
• Upon account deletion request, all associated data is permanently deleted
• When you unbind a service, related OAuth credentials are removed from our system
• You can revoke our access at any time through your Google Account settings
